2.     Once you receive your DSC and DIN, you can file an application in INC-1 for reservation of Nidhi company name to the Corporate Affairs ministry. Make sure the name is not the same as other companies and avoid the name that is undesirable in the central government's opinions. Also, ensure the company name is preceded by the suffix Nidhi Limited.

3.     Once MOCA approves your Nidhi company name, you can prepare for AOA (Articles of Association) and MOA (Memorandum of Association). While preparing them, have the objective of your company in mind. Now you can apply for incorporation.

4.     Once you receive the incorporation certification, you should apply for company TAN and Pan. Make sure you are doing it separately.

5.     Another mandatory and essential registration for incorporating a Nidhi company is GST Registration. If you fail to do this, it will be considered a criminal offense.

6.     Once the GST registration is over, you can open any bank account.
